My journey has been driven by a passion for applying operations research techniques to tackle real-world challenges. I'm currently at a startup, developing tools to swiftly address decision-making challenges in supply chains.

My background includes a stint as a Senior Research Scientist/Engineer at Apple, where I contributed to optimizing the AppleCare supply chain network through decision support tools. Additionally, my experience extends to applying operations research at JD.com and BNSF Railway to tackle business issues.
